Moving internationally can be stressful, but this company made the entire process incredibly smooth from start to finish. Their team handled everything with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Every item arrived safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Communication was excellent throughout the whole move, and they were always available to answer questions and provide updates. What really stood out was how organized and efficient they were — they treated our belongings as if they were their own. If you are moving from one country to another and want a reliable, trustworthy, and top-quality moving company, I honestly cannot recommend them enough. They truly are the best in the business. Celso and his team are the best, do not even hesitate to contact them if you are moving, they are also specialised in the transport of vehicles and antiques.

Muy satisfecha y contenta con el servicio y el equipo. Contraté el envío de varias cajas y llegaron sin problema. Bien es cierto que al no estar en el destino, no he podido comprobar el estado del contenido pero por lo que he visto en fotos parece estar bien. El trato ha sido muy amable. Todo se gestionó via Whatsapp y es de agradecer que cada vez que teníamos una consulta ésta se respondiese al cabo de un rato, incluso en fin de semana. Los familiares que recogieron mis cajas me comentaron que el personal fue muy amable con ellos. Datos que creo pueden servir de referencia a otras personas y ayudar: - Las cajas fueron recogidas el 31/03 y entregadas el 17/04, para que podáis tener una referencia de tiempo aproximada. - Pedimos las cajas vacías y en un par de días las teníamos en casa habiendo pagado una pequeña señal. - Una vez rellenadas las cajas, en un plazo de una semana más o menos nos avisaron la tarde-noche de antes de que pasarían al día siguiente a recogerlas. - El día 16/04 por la tarde nos dieron el presupuesto final (aunque nos dijeron que no miran el peso con lupa, nos pasamos bastantes kilos sin conocimiento al no poder pesar las cajas y tuvimos que pagar algo más de lo inicialmente hablado, algo que fue razonable y entendimos). Nos pidieron el pago ese mismo día como condición para que al día siguiente se entregaran las cajas. - Pueden generar factura. Como sugerencia de mejora y con toda la buena intención del mundo, sería genial poder tener un número de seguimiento de las cajas para saber por dónde van, ya que es cierto que sentimos cierta incertidumbre mientras los días pasaban sin saber dónde estaban nuestras cosas exactamente.
